Unsatisfactory Experience
Ian Parry and Lee Wright both had negative experiences with the company. Ian was looking for a re-gas but was told it wasn't needed after being kept waiting for a month. He was charged a callout fee despite no work being done. Lee had a scheduled appointment which was rescheduled twice, only to have the service provider not show up on the final agreed date.
