Poor Experience with the School
The reviewer, Avril Patton, had a distressing experience with the school, rating it only 1 star. The primary concern was the school's failure to address her daughter's learning difficulties, specifically ADD and Dyslexia, despite repeated expressions of concern.
Lack of Support from Teachers
The Year 2 teachers were criticized for not picking up on the daughter's conditions, which led to the reviewer feeling that her child was being sidelined. This lack of support and understanding from the teachers was unacceptable to the reviewer.
Comparison to African Education System
In a surprising turn, the reviewer mentioned that they moved back to Africa because the education system there is better than in the "First World." This statement implies that the reviewer was extremely dissatisfied with the school's performance and had lost confidence in the education system as a whole.
