Our History
The Gatsby's history dates back to the 1930s when the Rex cinema first opened its doors, attracting over 1,000 people to see the latest film releases. After closing its doors in 1988, the cinema was restored in 2004, followed by the opening of The Gatsby restaurant below a year later. Today, The Gatsby is a popular spot for morning coffee, business lunches, and evening diners, as well as events such as live music and private functions.

Opening Times
The Gatsby is open seven days a week, from 10:30 am to 11 pm on Monday to Thursday, 10:30 am to 12 am on Friday and Saturday, and 12 to 10:30 pm on Sunday. Food service times vary depending on the day:
- Monday to Friday: 12 pm to 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm
- Saturday: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
- Sunday: 12 pm to 9:30 pm
