What fuel policy applies to rental vehicles?
All vehicles come with at least a quarter-tank of fuel. Customers must refill to the same level before return within 5 miles of our depot.
What are the driver age requirements?
Drivers must be aged 25-75 with a full UK licence and minimum 12 months driving experience.
Is insurance included in rental costs?
Yes, comprehensive insurance with £1,500 excess is included. Optional excess reduction to £1,000 available for additional daily/weekly charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards only. Cash payments and travel cards are not permitted for deposits or hire fees.
Can I return vehicles outside office hours?
We don't offer out-of-hours returns. Please plan to return vehicles during our operating hours to avoid additional charges.
Do you offer unlimited mileage options?
One-day hires include unlimited mileage. Weekly rentals have a 750-mile allowance with 14p + VAT per additional mile exceeding this limit.
