Our team has extensive knowledge of building houses for the open market, rented and affordable homes for housing associations, public sector contracts for new build and refurbishment works. At Coyde Construction Ltd, we offer a range of services to cater to our clients' diverse needs. Our commercial projects include various new build and refurbishment schemes for public sector and private clients. We have also worked with numerous Housing Associations to provide affordable housing throughout Devon. Additionally, we have extensive experience in education projects, having worked on nurseries, primary, secondary schools, and academies.

We ensure that our Directors maintain an integral and active role in the day-to-day running of projects and the company as a whole. Poor Workmanship and Lack of Accountability
Author Davide Brimacombe has expressed his dissatisfaction with the work done by the builder, rating the experience a mere 1 star. He moved into the new house 4 years ago, only to face issues such as a leak and loose tiles by the bath, which led to water seeping behind the tiles and a big damp patch.
The NHBC inspection concluded that the problems were due to poor workmanship by the builder, and when the author approached the company, they denied any responsibility. The situation escalated with a separate issue involving the stairs, where they dropped, one even fell out, and a massive crack appeared around the stairs.
The author is considering legal action against the company due to their lack of accountability and poor construction quality. This review serves as a warning to potential customers about the company's substandard work and their unwillingness to take responsibility for it.
