Our Journey
Heka Windows Group took its first steps as a company in Europe in 1994, starting out with the production of UPVC Schuco and Rehau windows. Over the years, we have expanded our product range to include aluminum windows in the Schuco system, wooden windows, and composite windows in the Gutman and Aluron system. Today, we deliver our products to clients in the UK, Germany, USA, Australia, Norway, Belgium, France, Holland, Poland, Austria, and Switzerland. We possess the necessary certificates for our products in the UK and the EU, including the Certass certificate, and offer a 10-year guarantee backed by certification.

Customer Experience
The customer, Zahra Datoo, initially had a terrible experience with Heka Windows, owing to poor communication and customer service. She ordered 5 windows, paid a 50% deposit, and was told they would be fitted within 5 days. However, it took over 2 months for two windows to be fitted, with two arriving in the wrong shape and one broken on delivery. The customer was left without an update for a week, leading her to lose hope.
Resolution
Nine months after the initial poor experience, Derek, the representative from Heka Windows, reached out to the customer to ask how he could rectify the situation. Despite already paying for the windows to be replaced by another fitter, Derek offered to fit the remaining window completely free of charge. His communication was prompt, and the window arrived on time within a week.
