At The Florian School of Dance, we take pride in providing a happy, professional, and focused environment where students can develop a love of dance and achieve their full potential. Established in 1985, our dance school has been a cornerstone of the Winchester community, offering classes in RAD ballet, ISTD tap and modern theatre, jazz, and contemporary dance to students of all ages and skill levels, from preschool to adult.

Our team of highly qualified and experienced teachers, led by Principal Emma Emmerson, hold current Enhanced DBS checks and first aid qualifications, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students at all times. We are proud to have been awarded the C.D.E.T. (Council of Dance Education & Training) Recognised School Award, a testament to our commitment to excellence in dance education.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of dance classes, workshops, and performance opportunities to cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students. Our timetable includes classes in ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and contemporary dance, as well as workshops and summer schools. We also offer examination opportunities for those who wish to pursue formal qualifications in dance.
