Customer Experience Issues
Absolutely shocking company. We ordered some aftermarket ink for our printer. We were told it was free delivery yet they split the delivery into three and charged us postage! The ink ended up not working, our printer wouldn't recognise the cartridges. We drove to drop them back and they had closed an hour earlier than the times stated! So we had to go again! We dropped them off and we were told they would be replaced with genuine cartridges and the account credited. They have since credited the account for the wrong amount and are now sending demand notices for payment to our account which we never wanted in the first place! Impossible to contact, don't answer emails at all! The person who does apparently only works two days a week! Absolute shambles!
