Appointments and Cancellations
We understand the importance of punctuality and appreciate your commitment to keeping your appointments. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Any appointments longer than 1h30min require a deposit, which is non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.
