Nickie Slow, who gave a rating of one star, was disappointed with her experience. Her appointment was booked for a week, but the therapist called her hours before the appointment to inform her that the therapist had a training session that day. They offered her a hot stone treatment instead, which made her question why the therapist was available online for a treatment they were not trained for and why they were informing her at the last minute. She is awaiting a refund.

Grace Mulholland, who gave a rating of five stars, had a Swedish massage with Jasmine. She felt fantastic after the treatment, noting that the tension in her back and shoulders was much reduced. She described the salon as lovely, the staff as friendly, and would definitely recommend the service.
Angi Nator, also giving a rating of five stars, was a first-time user of the beauty centre. She booked an appointment online and was able to get one quickly. She paid a small deposit and was given the option to choose her therapist. The staff were friendly and efficient, and Jasmine performed her wax treatment. Angi noted the good range of services available, including specialized hot wax treatments, and found the centre to be good value for money. The centre maintained cleanliness and hygiene, with all staff wearing masks, hand sanitizer available, and contactless payment options. Angi plans to return for further treatments.
