Welcome to Tony's Taste of Italy, where we have been proudly serving the Penarth community for nearly 40 years. Our story began when Italian dishes like pizza and pasta were still relatively unknown in this quaint seaside town. Over the decades, we have introduced countless locals and visitors to the wonders of authentic Italian cooking, with many of our offerings now being beloved staples. Our culinary traditions run deep, hailing from the seaside town of Monte di Procida, just outside Naples, where our founder, Tony, grew up.

Our dishes are free from heavy sauces and overpowering spices, preserving the integrity of the simple, uncomplicated Italian cooking style that we adore.

Our menu features a variety of Italian classics, ranging from pasta and risotto to seafood and meat dishes. Each item is carefully prepared using only the finest ingredients, sourced both locally and from Italy, to ensure that every bite is bursting with flavour. Indoor Dining and Takeaway Services Available

To cater to our valued customers, we offer both indoor dining and takeaway services at Tony's Taste of Italy. Our restaurant is open from 4pm until 9pm, Monday through Saturday. We highly recommend making a reservation to secure your table, especially for groups of six or more people. For your convenience, we may require a 5 pound per person deposit for larger bookings, which can be refunded with 24 hours' notice of cancellation.

Our takeaway kiosk, located on Penarth Pier, is also available throughout the week (except Wednesdays) for those who wish to enjoy Tony's pizza, sides, and hot and cold drinks while taking in the beautiful coastline. Please find our restaurant menu here and our takeaway kiosk menu here.

For takeaway orders, kindly note that specific time requests will be accommodated as promptly as possible, though occasional variations may occur. Please be assured that our friendly staff will work diligently to ensure your order is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
