Our Founding and Growth

Pic-a-lily was founded by Peter in 2007, following his experience as a head gardener for a private estate in the Surrey/Hampshire area. The name Pic-a-lily reflects Peter's love of lily flowers and his two daughters - Katie, fondly known as Pickle, and Lily, who was born just as Peter was setting up the business. Starting with a van, a few tools, and a wealth of gardening expertise, Pic-a-lily has since grown into a thriving business run by a dedicated team of professionals who take great pride in their work and love being outdoors.
