Freddy Godshaw, himself a skilled watchmaker, honed his craft under the esteemed Swiss watchmaker Rolex in London. In 1947, he established Godshaw Jewellers in Hitchin, laying the foundation for a legacy that continues to unfold. His son, Stephen, joined the business in 1970 and later became the sole proprietor, leading Godshaw Jewellers through decades of growth and change.
