Every treatment is unique, bespoke, and tailored just for you! Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can help with various health conditions, including pain relief for back pain, arthritis, frozen shoulder, sciatica, and tennis elbow, among others. Additionally, we can assist with skin conditions like acne, eczema, hair loss, dermatitis, and psoriasis, as well as mental-emotional conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and fatigue. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese therapy involving the insertion of very fine needles into the body surface at strategic acupoints to stimulate vital "Energy Points", thus regulating the meridians or channels of the body. The goal is to promote the circulation of the blood and to unblock the stagnation of the so-called "Qi (Energy)" - "the vital force of the life", and re-establish this energy balance. Acupuncture works through stimulating the body's healing responses and immune system. When the practitioner carefully inserts the fine needles, you may feel a light tingling and numb sensation, but you will feel very relaxed due to the physiological chemical change.

Acupressure (Medical Massage)

Chinese medical Tui Na massage is an excellent way to relax mind, body, and spirit. It enhances general health and vitality by easing tension in muscles and joints. It improves circulation, helps lymphatic drainage, and tones the body. It is particularly effective in healing and dispelling pain in conditions such as back, neck, and joint pain, headaches, and sports injuries.

Herbal Medicines

Chinese Herbal Medicine is one of the oldest systems of medicine in the world. It is primarily concerned with establishing and eradicating the cause of ill health through holistic treatment of the individual. Herbalists use whole plant extracts and believe that by using plants in their natural form, many of the side effects associated with modern medicine can be avoided. The doctors prescribe combinations of herbs (carefully selecting up to 15 from a total of 300) specifically suited to treat you and your condition.

Moxibustion

The application of mild heat to the body, again at particular points, with glowing Moxa wool (a finely chopped herb - Follum Artemisia), entirely painless. The purpose of Moxibustion, as with most forms of TCM, is to strengthen the blood, stimulate particular points, and activate the body.

Reflexology

It is a holistic therapy that treats you on all your levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. All the organs of the body have corresponding reflex points on the feet and hands. Our practitioner works the reflex points using specific thumb and finger pressure techniques. This will loosen congestion and stimulate your inner healing ability - gradually improving your health and feelings of contented well-being.

Cupping Therapy

A therapy in which a jar is placed on the skin surface to cause local congestion, through the removal of the air in the jar. This method promotes the free flow of Qi and blood in channels, diminishes swellings and pains, and dispels cold and dampness.

Ear Candle

Safely remove ear wax and improve some medical problems, i.e., tinnitus. Ear candle is the rediscovery of an ancient tradition for the treatment and prevention of the ear. Made of natural waxed cloth, it contributes to removal of the wax-plug from the ear while re-balancing the ear pressure and prevents the unpleasant feeling of "blocked ears".

Allergy Testing

Using only a sample of hair, we test for allergic reactions to over 400 everyday items, including everything you are likely to eat, drink, breathe, or touch during the normal everyday run of affairs. The test includes all food additives plus vitamin and mineral deficiencies. The results are fully supported with notes to assist you in your understanding of the results.
