However, another customer had a significantly different experience. They were left feeling very disappointed with the service they received. The engineer booked to service their equipment failed to arrive on time, showing up over an hour late. To make matters worse, the engineer refused to service the equipment citing health and safety concerns, despite the fact that other companies had serviced the same equipment without issue for over 10 years.
