He claimed that brand new fittings were not installed and instead, second-hand lights were used. He also found the staff to be arrogant and ignorant, and that the garage carried out a 400 welding job without proper communication, resulting in a higher cost than expected. He also mentioned that the garage performed an MOT without his consent. The garage responded to Robert Griffiths' review, explaining that all the parts he supplied were fitted and that the garage did not supply any second-hand parts. They also clarified that the job was quoted before it started and that they made regular contact throughout the process.
