Our History
Our Essex Road site in Basingstoke was the first of our network of 5 garages in Hampshire to open over 20 years ago. In 1997, our decision to make a significant investment in new equipment, staff training, and computerisation was what consequently led to the successful garage that we have, on this site, today. The success of this site led to such increased popularity with clients that we went on to open two more locations in Basingstoke - our Lennox Road MOT & Tyre Centre in 2002 and Wade Road MOT & Tyre Centre in 2008.
Pricing Strategy
We listened to our customers and understand that they wanted to keep costs down on common repairs and services, therefore we have structured our staffing accordingly. We always quote the cheapest tyre price and if you only need one that's all we will sell you accompanied with a money back guarantee. One question we are asked by our customers is "Why are MOT's only 40?" The answer is simple.we specialise in MOT testing and have such a high throughput (approximately 60 MOT tests per day!) that we don't need to charge any more than that!
