Oct 28, 2025 Report
Incredibly clicky club that change the T&Cs of membership as and when they please. Be very careful when joining as a padel member as they seemingly have the right to change your T&Cs without any discussion with members. The cancellation window was increased to 48 hours (double that of most clubs that use the playtomic app). I explained that I would never have joined knowing this change would happen, and when I requested a refund for my membership as a result of this change, I was told by the lady who deals with memberships that it would be discussed in a committee meeting (3 weeks after I initially emailed).

The day after the committee meeting, I emailed the lady asking for feedback and she said she hadnt even attended the meeting as she was on holiday. She told me there would be no refund issued and that the change to their T&Cs would remain. Completely fobbed off, seems to be an if your face fits type of club unfortunately
