At Great Bookham Equestrian Centre, we pride ourselves on being a friendly and professional livery yard, nestled in the heart of Surrey. Our unique blend of a genuinely friendly atmosphere and a great mix of liveries - from happy hackers to competitive horses and ponies - makes us the perfect destination for equestrian enthusiasts.
Our Facilities and Services
Our state-of-the-art facilities include three arenas, one indoor with a 'Martin Collins' waxed sand surface, an outdoor 20x40m sand and rubber surface, and another outdoor 20x60m sand and fibre surface. Additionally, we have two grass riding paddocks and 80 acres of well-maintained pasture, ensuring that your horse receives the best care possible. Our hacking trails offer a scenic and peaceful ride, with no need for roadwork.
We also offer a range of services, including full and part livery, DIY livery, and grass livery options. Our dedicated team of staff will get to know your horse's every need, providing personalized care and attention. Our full and part livery options include daily grooming, exercising, and regular tack cleaning, while our DIY livery option allows you to take care of your horse's daily needs with the option of assisted help when needed.
Events and Competitions
Throughout the year, we host various shows and events, including the Sunshine Tour Championships, VHS, CHAPS, and Equifest qualifiers. Our events are designed to cater to all levels of riders, from novice to experienced competitors. We also offer training clinics, have-a-go events, and educational talks by experts, ensuring that our liveries have access to the best training and learning opportunities.
