Felt Roofing
We supply and install high-quality felt roofing systems for flat roofs across Cornwall. Our premium bituminous materials provide durable weatherproofing for both residential and commercial properties. With 10-year warranties on new installations and replacement roofs, our SIG DATAC accredited team ensures professional results that meet industry standards. Regular maintenance services help extend roof lifespan while preventing costly structural damage.
Mastic Asphalt Roofs
Specialist installation of polymer-modified mastic asphalt roofing and flooring solutions. This durable material creates seamless waterproof surfaces suitable for flat and sloped roofs, balconies, and high-traffic areas. Our qualified team applies industry-leading waterproofing technology that can last up to 50 years with proper maintenance. Ideal for commercial and industrial applications requiring long-lasting, temperature-stable protection.
Single Ply Roofing
Professional installation of lightweight, weather-resistant single ply membrane roofing systems. We use premium IKO Armour Plan materials that offer excellent UV resistance and energy efficiency. These versatile systems suit both flat and sloped roofs, with independent assessments and warranties provided through our SIG partnership. Benefits include quick installation, low maintenance costs, and enhanced thermal performance for reduced energy bills.
Roof Sealing
Advanced liquid roof sealing solutions using high-performance polymetric coatings. Our SIG-approved sealants create watertight barriers on various surfaces including concrete, metal, and felt. Ideal for both new installations and repair work, these flexible coatings adapt to structural movements while providing long-term protection against water ingress. Independent inspections ensure compliance with industry waterproofing standards.
Fibreglass Roofs
Durable Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) roofing installations for residential and commercial properties. Our fibreglass systems combine strength with weather resistance, offering lifespans of up to 20 years. The lightweight material suits various building types while maintaining structural integrity. We provide both new installations and repair services, with seamless application that eliminates traditional roofing joints and seams.
