Our State-of-the-Art Facilities

Our 300,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility, set amidst 30 acres of private land, is equipped with the latest technology and machinery, allowing us to provide a comprehensive range of services, from profiling and cutting to welding, fabrication, and finishing. Our extensive in-house capacity includes 21+ flat-bed laser cutters, 2 tube laser machines, 1 robotic plasma tube cutter, 4 waterjet cutting machines, and 24 press brakes, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Services

We offer a wide range of metal profiling and processing services, including:

• Laser cutting with 21 flat-bed lasers available in-house, capable of cutting parts up to 20m long x 3.2m wide x 25mm thick in various materials
• Plasma cutting with high definition plasma cutting technology and a large format cutting area of 25m x 5m
• Sheet metalwork services, including CNC bending and folding, punching, pressing, and more
• Metal finishing services, including shot blasting, wet painting, and powder coating

Investment in Technology

We continuously invest in the latest state-of-the-art technology, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the metal profiling and processing industry. Our recent investments include a new 4 x 2m fibre laser cutting machine, featuring fully automated loading, and a robotic press brake, capable of producing complex formed components to within 0.5 degrees of accuracy.
