Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service utilises 21+ flat-bed machines to cut stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium up to 20m long x 3.2m wide x 25mm thick. Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting delivers efficient profiling for metals up to 50mm thick, with a 25m x 5m cutting area and twin heads for simultaneous operations. Our machines cut chamfers up to +/- 40 degrees, minimising heat-affected zones. Continuous operation and dual-sided processing ensure competitive rates and fast lead times for large-scale projects.
Waterjet Cutting
Waterjet cutting achieves tolerances of +/- 0.1mm without heat distortion, suitable for materials up to 200mm thick. Our 7.3m x 2.4m machines handle stainless steel, glass, plastics, and composites. Sheet Metalwork

Metal Finishing
