At BLT Catering, we are passionate about providing top-notch catering services to individuals and organizations in Epping and beyond. Our story began in 1988 when our founder, Daniel Ashley, a trained chef and hotel manager, opened a small shop in Shoreditch. With his extensive knowledge and travels, Daniel brought his creative flair to the table, and Big Loaded and Tasty (BLT) quickly gained a reputation for its restaurant-standard sandwiches, soups, roast dinners, and international wraps.
Our Journey
Over time, BLT expanded to two shops, with Daniel and his partner Jackie providing artisan food for private events, parties, weddings, BBQs, corporates, buffets, and private dining. Today, we are based in Epping High Road, behind Church's Butchers, and continue to serve over 900 customers daily.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of catering services, including online ordering, platters, buffets, and event catering. Our platters are made fresh on the day of collection, and we offer a variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary requirements. From meat skewers to vegetarian and vegan platters, our menu is designed to impress. Our buffets cater to a minimum of 20 people, and we offer free delivery within a 10-mile radius of our Epping kitchen.
