Our Story
Ardbrecknish House holds a special place in our hearts, and we are thrilled to embark on this new venture as a family. Sarah, Jon, James, and Charlotte - 'The Surgeoners' - are excited to uphold the existing values and traditions of this fantastic self-catering accommodation, restaurant, and bar. Our story began in 2009 with a 10-hour drive from Surrey, and we have cherished every moment since then, creating unforgettable memories and enjoying the food, company, and local attractions.

Our 10 large self-catering properties offer cozy, spacious, and well-equipped accommodation in wonderful surroundings. Discover the Old West Wing, Summer Wing, The Nursery, Guest Gallery, Upper Tower, Lower Tower, Study, Stables, Harness Room, Comraich Cottage, and Luxury Lodges, all designed to provide an unforgettable Highland experience.

Things to Do
Explore the "Nature's Paradise" - stunning scenery, amazing wildlife, and rich cultural heritage. Enjoy fishing, swimming, and paddle boarding in and around the loch, or embark on some great walks in the local area. Further down the south side of the loch at Eredine, visit Kintail Birds of Prey, where you can get up close and personal with over 40 different birds of prey. For a taste of history, explore Inverary Jail, a popular and interactive attraction suitable for all ages, and don't forget to stroll around the beautiful Castle gardens.
