Our showroom is stocked with new and reconditioned products from leading manufacturers, allowing our customers to try before they buy. We also have a fully equipped workshop where our experienced engineers carry out servicing and repair work, as well as modifications and adaptations to make our products ideal for our customers' exact needs.

From our office administrator, Hazel, who is the first point of contact for our customers, to our experienced engineers, Dave, Stewart, and Andy, who have over 50 years of mobility experience between them, we are confident that we can provide the right solution for our customers. Our team is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and is committed to exceeding their expectations.
Our Approach
At Optimum Mobility, we understand that every customer is unique, and that's why we conduct a free assessment of their precise requirements. We then provide guidance on the best products for their needs, with absolutely no obligation to buy. Once a product is purchased, we provide a full maintenance and after-care service, including servicing and repair work, to ensure that our customers receive ongoing support.
Visit Us
We invite you to visit our showroom and meet our team. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and weekends and evenings by appointment only. We are located at The Old Dairy, Pinkney Park (near Sherston), Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 0NX. Alternatively, we can come to you! Our team is happy to conduct home visits and assessments, and we will wear all necessary PPE to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
