Ordering and Delivery Issues
Some customers experienced difficulties with ordering and delivery. Christine Tovey ordered samples twice but never received them, and her email to Gerrys went unanswered for three days. JahrelMission Tv also had issues with their order, receiving only one item instead of two, and had to argue through email to resolve the issue.
Poor Customer Service
