Our founding members, Mark Drummy and Christine Thompson, have an impressive background in the armed forces, facilities management, and the cleaning industry. Mark served as a submariner in the Royal Navy, climbing his way through the ranks to the esteemed role of Petty Officer Marine Engineering Artificer. After his departure from the navy, Mark held various leadership positions in different industries, including a specialist display cabinet company, a battery separator manufacturer, and a large pharmaceutical firm.

On the other hand, Christine has been a vital force in the cleaning industry for the past 25 years, with her expertise branching out to pharmaceuticals, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and chemical sectors. Throughout her long-standing career, she has transitioned through numerous roles, starting from an office administrator and finally as a senior area manager for a prominent cleaning company. Christine's tenure in the industry has gifted her a healthy mix of technical expertise and hands-on management skills, instilling the value of client-centric services in her team.
