Our team is composed of seasoned professionals, each with over 20 years of experience in the industry, who have honed their skills from the ground up. We take pride in our commitment to operational efficiency and service excellence, and have built a reputation based on 'word of mouth' recommendations.

Founded on the principle of keeping things simple, generous, and good quality, we have remained true to these values throughout the years, and have grown from in-house caterers at wedding venues, to preferred suppliers for esteemed Estates and large corporate brands. In 2013, we took on our first wedding venue, and have since established ourselves as a leader in the field, and the only fully vertically integrated solutions provider in the wedding venue sector.

Our services include venue management and operations, catering, bar and event management, and strategic advice. We have extensive experience in creating and developing country wedding venues, and provide strategic advice to venue owners. We pride ourselves on our ability to partner with land and business owners in diversifying property assets and redeveloping buildings into commercially viable operations.

Our expertise extends to all aspects of the supply chain, from managing individual elements to running venues ourselves. We have built strong relationships with land and business owners over the years, working with them to maximise the event opportunities available at each venue. This, in turn, helps to diversify the business owners' assets and generate a sustainable revenue source.

Our Brands

The Venue Group manages a number of wedding venues throughout the country, each with its unique charm and character. Plum Park Manor, located on the Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire border, is a beautiful Victorian Manor House and Marquee wedding venue. The Great Barn, situated on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, is a stunning stone barn wedding venue. Milling Barn, located in Hertfordshire, is a wedding venue on a family-run farm with a 17th Century oak barn at its heart. Ashton Lodge Country House, situated on the Warwickshire/Leicestershire border, is a stunning wedding venue based around an Edwardian country house.
