Our Team
Roy McClure BSc. FRICS. SAVA. IRRV (Hons). FISVA founded the practice in 1985 and has extensive experience working and operating surveying practices in various locations. Roy holds a BSc in Estate Management from London and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Registered Valuer, and a Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation holder. He is also a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation and the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association.
Gary Bradshaw BA. MRICS. SAVA. MFPWS joined the practice in 1996 and brings informative and invaluable knowledge about the local residential market. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Registered Valuer, and a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Gary holds accreditation in Surveys and Valuations with the Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation body (SAVA) and is a member of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association.
Consultant Professor Myra McClure Dip. Est Man. BSc. MSc. MPhil. PhD (Cantab). DSc is a consultant to the practice, offering specialist advice.
