Since 1965, A. Rhodes Haulage has been a leading name in the road haulage industry, providing a range of services that cater to the unique needs of our clients. Accreditations
We hold a range of accreditations that demonstrate our commitment to excellence. Our vehicles are fully Crossrail compliant, allowing us to work on various Crossrail sites across the country. We are also members of FORS (Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme) FORS ID 001241, which aims to improve fleet activity in London and throughout the UK. Additionally, we hold a Silver qualification under the scheme, confirming our high standards of operation.
We also hold a qualification known as CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) to the Premium Plus level. As well as this, we hold an ECO Stars qualification, which has become an industry standard recognition of our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Hiabs
We have a large range of lorry-mounted cranes/hiabs at our disposal, one of the most impressive in the UK. Our collection of hiabs includes a range of weights and lifting capacities, from 42T/M Copma to a huge 150T/M Effer. Our fleet consists of 12 hiabs, with a constant evolution through the addition of new vehicles with the latest technology on a regular basis.
Articulated Vehicles
We are well-known for our expertise in general haulage and provide transport solutions for a wide range of customers. We have a fleet of 25 articulated vehicles, comprising hiabs and standard flatbeds, as well as curtainsided trailers.
Rigid Flats
Our fleet of rigid vehicles is ideal for tight sites where space and access are at a premium. We have vehicles with beds ranging from 26' to 32' in length, providing extra flexibility in tight spaces.
Wagon and Drawbar
Our wagon and drawbar trailer vehicles offer extra options and flexibility in tight sites where a standard articulated vehicle may struggle. We have a range of wagons with hiabs, including the largest fitted to our Scania 420, which features a 60T/M Copma crane.
