Arrival and Deposit
Some reviewers have mentioned issues with arrival and deposit requirements. Nathalie Grieves gave the park 2 stars and mentioned that she had to pay a 50-pound deposit upon arrival, which she found surprising. According to her, this deposit was intended to cover any damage the van might incur during her stay, but it was not included in the initial payment.
