Located at 99 Farnborough Road, Farnham, GU9 9AW, our salon is conveniently situated near Aldershot on A325 and offers ample free parking in front of the premises. Our opening times are Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 and Saturday, 9:00 - 15:00. We are closed on Monday and Sunday.
At Viki's Pet Grooming Salon, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to your pet's specific needs. Our services include:
- Full grooming: Many dog breeds require regular grooming to maintain their coat's health and appearance. Our full grooming services include a visual health check of your pet's body, coat, skin, paws, and ears. We also offer bathing, drying, cutting, hand stripping, brushing, ear cleaning, and nail cutting.
- Nail cutting: Dogs walk on their paws, not their nails, so it is essential to keep their nails short to prevent injury and discomfort. We offer nail cutting services as part of our full grooming package, or you can opt for a standalone nail cutting service.
- Bath & Dry: If you find bathing your dog at home challenging, our self-service bath and dry service offers a professional and stress-free solution. You can use our height-adjustable bath or shower tray, along with groomers' shampoo and drier.
- Furry Pets: While dogs are our primary clients, we have experience grooming other furry pets such as cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. We primarily offer nail cutting services for these animals, but we can also provide grooming where necessary.
About the Salon
At Viki's Pet Grooming Salon, we offer a spacious and comfortable grooming area equipped with two grooming tables, multiple drying facilities, crates, fresh water, and plenty of toys to keep your pet entertained while they wait. Our bathing area features a height-adjustable bath and a large shower-tray for the largest of dogs.
Well-socialized dogs are free to roam around the salon when it is not too busy, and we offer a warm and friendly atmosphere for you and your pet.
About Me - A Bit of History
Becoming a dog groomer was my childhood dream, and after working in various industries such as paper and packaging, sales, and high-purity materials, I finally decided to pursue my passion. I attended a dog grooming course and was lucky enough to learn from Julie Lalou, a decorated grooming competitor and successful business owner.
After completing my course and passing the City & Guilds Level 3 Introductory to Dog Grooming exams, I became an apprentice for several groomers before acquiring Debonair Grooming in Farnham in early 2012. Since then, I have continuously developed myself by attending grooming events and competitions and becoming a certified dog pregnancy scanning specialist.
I am a proud member of the English Groomers Group and have made several improvements to the shop, with many more to come!
