Poor Experience with TWE108's Driver
Several reviewers had a negative experience with TWE, primarily due to poor driving skills from certain drivers. Nathan Martin was cut up and pushed off the road by the driver of TWE108, while G. Freckles H. was cut up by driver R55 TWE on the M25. Nigel Palmer was cut up and had rubbish thrown at him from the van window. Miki Mikowski had an aggressive driver show him the middle finger and honk their horn.
Positive Experience with TWE's Drivers and Service
On the other hand, several reviewers praised TWE's drivers and service. Wayne Ingram praised the friendly staff and communication from the company. Nigel Darlow and Chris Howard had excellent experiences with drivers Josh and drivers who were very pleasant and helpful. Alex Martin praised the company's good service, although noted that the timings of regular collections can be variable. Womersley Foods and John Wakeham both had positive experiences, with drivers being cheerful, helpful, and well-trained.
Disappointing Experience with Delivery Timing and Service
However, some reviewers were disappointed with TWE's delivery timing and service. Maj Boredom had a driver arrive late to their delivery window, causing inconvenience and resulting in an additional charge. Biggun spent 9 hours waiting for a delivery that never arrived. AnGVids criticized TWE's trucks for driving on grass verges in Farthinghoe, causing damage to the road.
