Believe, Achieve, Belong: Empowering Children to Flourish
At Flourish Federation, we are dedicated to providing a high-quality, safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all our students. Our mission is to promote and celebrate high standards of progress and attainment in academic, sporting, and creative learning, while nurturing strong relationships that are underpinned by our Christian values. We champion children to be the best they can be, empowering all to aim high and achieve their full potential.
Our Values
Our school community is built upon six key values: compassion, friendship, responsibility, perseverance, forgiveness, and trust. These values enable our school community to believe, achieve, belong, and flourish. We strive to inspire wisdom alongside knowledge and skill, to educate with real hope and aspiration for the future, and to promote a sense of community and living well together with dignity and respect.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to support our students' learning and development, including:
- A broad and balanced curriculum that includes core subjects, creative arts, and physical education
- A range of extracurricular activities and clubs, including sports, music, and drama
- Support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- A strong focus on mental wellbeing and pastoral care
- Regular communication with parents and carers through newsletters, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
About Our Schools
We are two primary schools and a nursery in beautiful North Norfolk. Our schools, North Elmham CEVA Primary School and Stibbard All Saints, are long-established village schools with a strong sense of community and a commitment to providing high-quality education. Our nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest students, preparing them for their journey through primary school and beyond.
Our Community
We believe that education is a partnership between children, parents, staff, and governors. We work together to create a sense of belonging, which leads to happy and confident individuals. We welcome visitors and encourage prospective parents to come and see us at work. Please contact the office at either school to arrange a visit or to ask any questions you may have.
