Dymarch Limited is a family-run engineering company based in the heart of Coventry, West Midlands. With nearly 70 years of combined experience in CNC and conventional machining, our team of skilled engineers is dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for a wide range of industries. From Automotive to Aerospace, Electronics to Construction, we have the expertise and capabilities to meet the unique needs of each of our clients.

Our small but resourceful shop allows us to be flexible and adaptable, often taking on custom tooling and fixture projects that require a high level of precision and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with customers who have products or parts that are difficult to hold and may require a combination of CNC milling and turning operations, along with conventional machining processes.

From heat exchangers to bicycle components, our workshop is equipped to process parts for a variety of industries. We are also proud to offer laser marking and laser etching services, allowing us to provide a comprehensive solution for customers who require both precision machining and visual identification.

Services

At Dymarch Limited, we offer a wide range of services, including CNC milling, turning, and conventional machining. Our state-of-the-art CNC machines, including our Doosan Lynx 2100B and Mazak Vertical Machining Centre, allow us to precision-machine parts quickly and accurately. We also have a range of conventional machines, including surface and external grinders, to cater for jobs that require a more manual approach.

In addition to our machining capabilities, we also offer a range of related services, including laser marking and etching, 3D printing, and large-scale printing for e-mailed drawings. Our inspection facilities are traceable to N.P.L, ensuring that our customers can have complete confidence in the quality of our work.

• Microcut 1300 X-1300 Y-680 Z-700 CNC milling centre
• Mazak Vertical Machining Centre X-635 x Y-508 Z-460, with 4th axis
• Hurco VMC X-750 Y-550 Z-550 CNC vertical bed type machining centre with 4th axis
• Milwaukee HMC-1500 CNC horizontal machining centre with 4th axis
