We specialise in natural dog and cat food, treats, and accessories sourced from ethical UK suppliers, alongside our own ROOTED superfood brand. Our expansion in 2019 to include the Innoscent Spa grooming salon reflects our dedication to holistic pet care. With a team of seven, we champion small businesses and community projects while maintaining a low carbon footprint. Our Cheshire-based store and online platform offer expert guidance, ensuring customers make informed choices. We reject outdated pet industry practices, focusing instead on innovation and sustainability. By blending scientific knowledge with practical experience, we provide products that meet the highest standards of quality and appropriateness. Our mission extends beyond commerce to fostering stronger relationships between pets, owners, and wildlife enthusiasts.
