Bashley Cricket Club

At Bashley (Rydal) Cricket Club, we are passionate about providing a platform for cricketers of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the game in a safe and friendly environment. Located on the edge of the New Forest, our club is dedicated to promoting the development of cricket in the local community.

Our Services

As a Clubmark Accredited Cricket Club, we offer a range of services and facilities to cater to the needs of our members. We have five senior teams that compete in various leagues, including the Southern Premier League, and junior teams for Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, and Under 15 age groups. Our indoor cricket facilities are also available for hire, and we offer ECB-approved coaching sessions for individuals and teams.

Our History

Bashley (Rydal) Cricket Club has a rich history of promoting cricket in the local community. Our club has been actively involved in developing the skills of young cricketers, and many of our players have gone on to represent their counties and countries at various levels. We take pride in our achievements, including winning the ECB Indoor Championship, and we continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of our club.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for cricketers of all ages and backgrounds to develop their skills, build relationships, and enjoy the game of cricket. We aim to promote the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play, and to provide opportunities for our members to grow and develop both on and off the field.

Our Teams

We currently have five senior teams, ranging from the Southern Premier League to Hampshire Division 6, and four junior teams for Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, and Under 15 age groups. Our teams are led by experienced captains and coaches who are dedicated to developing the skills of our players.

Our Facilities

Our club has excellent facilities, including outdoor cricket pitches, indoor cricket facilities, and a clubhouse with modern amenities. We also have a well-stocked club shop, where members can purchase cricket equipment and club merchandise.
