Our firm was founded by Chris Brion, the sole principal, who has a rich background in law, having served as a Hong Kong marine police officer and then as a UK immigration officer. With a strong client base mainly from the Far East, we have developed a worldwide reputation for providing expert legal advice and representation.

Our History

The firm was established in the 1980s, with the initial purpose of assisting people in their immigration to the United Kingdom from Hong Kong. Over the years, we have expanded our services to cater to a diverse range of clients, both in the UK and globally. As a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience in the civil courts, Chris Brion is well-equipped to handle complex cases. We also have a special interest in firearms licensing cases and appeals to the Crown Court. Fees

We understand that legal fees can be a concern for our clients. Therefore, we offer fixed fee agreements wherever possible. If we are instructed on the basis of time spent on the work, our hourly charge ranges from 200 to 650 per hour, depending on the type of work. VAT at 20% will be added to all bills. We will not start work until we have agreed on the basis of the charge in writing.
