Our team of managers brings over 25 years of experience in construction, asbestos, and facilities management, and they are dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of our clients. Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to the public sector, including local authorities, NHS trusts, and commercial buildings. Our services include asbestos removal, construction, and passive fire protection, with a team of experienced professionals who have over 100 years of combined experience in dealing with asbestos removal from all types of buildings and establishments. We are a specialist asbestos remediation company with a 3-year HSE Asbestos Licence valid until December 2024.

At Capstan Group Services, we specialize in working with historical buildings of importance, ensuring that their cultural heritage and identity are protected. We are proud to include the Royal Household as one of our clients and are the incumbent asbestos removal contractor for RHPS, which includes all London Residences. Our experience in listed buildings and asbestos works is extensive, and we ensure that all procedures are carried out to the highest standards.

We offer a full turn-key approach to builders work packages (BWIC), which includes site formation of secure hoardings, M&E works, FFE and flooring, cutting or infilling openings in concrete, forming brick or block work, steel support framework, dry lining and plaster works, and all general works associated with package contracts and multi-trade teams.

Our FIRAS accreditation allows the certification of Passive Fire Protection works that include timber fire door installation, timber fire door maintenance, fire door surveys, penetration sealing, and FDIS - Fire Door Inspector Approved.

Our Environmental Commitment

At Capstan Group Services, we are committed to reducing waste in the construction industry. We strive to use suppliers who have a strong environmental policy, sourcing resources from the local areas we are working in, and wherever possible using FORS members in our supply chain. We promise to always recycle and use eco-friendly products on all construction projects. Our staff have completed CITB SEATS training, which ensures that we have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out our work efficiently while minimizing our impact on the environment.
