New Build Developments
Specialist new build developments for social housing providers and private clients. Delivering energy-efficient properties to passive standard specifications. Completed 27 dwellings at the former Llaingoch School site, featuring advanced insulation and low-energy systems.
Planned Maintenance
Comprehensive planned maintenance for housing stock. Current 4.5m contract refurbishing 80 council properties with roofing upgrades, insulation systems, and solar PV installations across Llandonna and Llangoed.
Refurbishment Projects
