Cancellations and Lack of Communication
However, there were instances of dissatisfaction due to cancellations and poor communication. Tony Bullion had an unfortunate experience where his appointment was not kept, and the sales manager failed to measure the windows, instead opting to "guess" from outside the property. This lack of professionalism and poor communication led to frustration and disappointment.
