Spencer Horton: The Man Behind Mohawk Studios
Spencer's love for music started at the tender age of 14 when he was taught to play the guitar by his father, Ninky Horton. He furthered his skills with Mick Hansen, and it wasn't long before he formed his first band, D.V.S. His journey in music has seen him play in various bands, including Armada, The Minute Men, Red House, and Chocolate. He has won several music competitions and performed at numerous venues in East Anglia.
In 1999, Spencer attended the Academy of Contemporary Music, where he graduated with merit in 2000. His talent and professionalism caught the attention of Ronan Keating's manager, Mark Plunkett, which led to him performing with Ronan on several TV shows and tours. He also performed with other notable artists such as Lulu, Sinead Quinn, Darius Campbell, and Chesney Hawkes.
