Our journey began when our founder, Charl Marais, a South African braai BBQ enthusiast, decided to bring a taste of his homeland to Ireland. After countless attempts to braai in Ireland's unpredictable weather, Charl designed and built a revolutionary roast meats machine that can cook the perfect joint indoors and outdoors.
