Product Performance and Reliability
The Ocean LED underwater lights installed on a motor boat failed unexpectedly, despite not being used for an extensive amount of time. The LEDs simply "fizzled out" without any sign of water ingress, leading the customer to believe that the electronics had given up the ghost.
Customer Service
The customer's experience with Ocean LED's customer service was disappointing.
