Returns and Refunds
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. If an item is faulty, we will replace it. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty. For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on underwear, lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear unless they are unopened and undamaged, and the hygiene strips and tags are still in place.
