The Bath Bespoke team is a harmonious blend of experienced masters and passionate trainees, all brought together by their devotion to their craft.

• Tom Jones-Marquez, Director & Co-Founder: Tom's love of design and making has been lifelong, and he has brought his creative vision to Bath Bespoke as the driving force behind Design, Sales, and Finance.
• James Etheridge, Director & Co-Founder: With a childhood steeped in the world of traditional carpentry, James co-founded Bath Bespoke after establishing a solid base of private commissions, and he oversees Production, Operations, and Marketing.
• Brett Salako, Finishing & HR Manager: Brett manages the final stages of our projects with meticulous attention to detail while nurturing the development of our team.
• Dan Green, Installations Manager: Dan's extensive background in cabinetry and customer service has made him the ideal candidate for coordinating and delivering seamless installations.
• Tom Suter, Workshop Manager: With years of experience in organising workshop production, Tom expertly leads the team to meet strict project timelines.
• Nick Harding, Production Engineer: Nick utilises his strong technical and design background to efficiently manage production processes and streamline our workflow.
• Kate Buckrell, Finance: Kate keeps our financial operations operating smoothly, providing invaluable support in maintaining the business' success.
