Our mission is to ensure that your cat feels safe, cherished, and content during their stay, giving you peace of mind while you are away.
The Mews Boarding Cattery was founded with a commitment to bringing upscale cat boarding to the local community. As the first Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB) cattery in Warwickshire and the West Midlands, we have consistently met the highest standards in feline care. Constructed by industry-leading cattery manufacturer Welland Timber, our cattery boasts luxurious and secure chalets that cater to the unique needs of each of our feline guest.
Accommodation
Our cattery is located in a quiet and peaceful area within the grounds of our home. With 32 generously-sized chalets that are fully insulated, ventilated, and equipped with thermostatically controlled infra-red heating, your cat will enjoy the utmost comfort and safety during their stay. Our chalets are designed to accommodate up to two cats from the same household in our double chalets or up to four cats from the same family in our family runs.
Each chalet leads to a covered outdoor run, complete with a shelf and chair for sunbathing, a scratching post, and a beautiful view of our meticulously maintained courtyard garden. A two-foot gap between chalets serves as both a 'sneeze barrier' and a natural boundary, reducing stress and providing a sense of security and territory for your cat.
Our Service
At The Mews Boarding Cattery, we strive to create a home away from home for your cat. Upon arrival, your cat will be settled into a freshly cleaned and disinfected chalet, with new bedding provided. We attend to our guests at least twice a day, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting each chalet, refreshing bedding, cleaning and refilling water bowls, and changing litter trays. Our guests are fed their normal diet to help them feel more comfortable, with special dietary requirements accommodated if necessary.
We understand that some cats may require medications while staying with us, and we are more than happy to administer these according to your instructions. We encourage you to bring any familiar items from home that may help your cat feel more comfortable during their stay. Our cattery is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing us to act quickly and effectively in the unlikely event of illness or injury.
If your cat requires veterinary attention while staying with us, we will make every effort to visit your regular veterinarian. In cases where this is not possible, we will use our own trusted veterinary services.

To enquire about availability or make a booking at The Mews Boarding Cattery, please call us at 02476 474646. Our prices are valid from 1 January 2022, with a two-night minimum charge. There are no additional charges for medication administration or seasonal surcharges. Cancellations made within 21 days of the start of your booking will be subject to a 50% charge of the nightly rate.
