Ivett and Reed, a local company specializing in the supply and installation of quartz worktops and woodburning stoves, has received a mixed bag of reviews from their customers. While some have had a positive experience, others have been left disappointed.
Customer Service
Kaitlin Bradley, who purchased a quartz worktop, reported an issue with the sink cutout, which was 1/8 inch off centre. She felt that the company did not care about the issue and was not interested in finding a proper solution, only looking for a quick fix. She was disappointed in the customer service and felt that the cost of the product did not match the service provided.
On the other hand, Daniel Charlesworth had an excellent experience with the customer service. He found the staff to be very patient and helpful. His quartz slabs were perfectly cut and beautiful, exactly as he had requested.
Fireplace and Woodburning Stove Installation
