Materials
At Iden Signs, we use only the highest quality materials to ensure that our signs are both attractive and durable. Some of the materials we use include:
*Fluted Correx*: We use 4, 6, or 10mm thick Fluted Correx, which is perfect for low-cost signage and tradesman site signs. This material is lightweight and hard-wearing.
*Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP)*: We use ACP, which is a superb flat finish, strong, and has a range of non-fade colours. This material is made up of two thin layers of aluminium bonded to a polyethylene core. This material is 3mm thick.
*Foamex*: We use 1,2,3,5,6,8,10 & 13mm thick Foamex. We use this material a lot in making house signs. When the thicker material is sprayed, it looks just like timber but lasts a lot longer.
*Vinyl*: We only use the premium quality Avery 700 series 7-8 year vinyl
