We needed to source some quite specific old trudge tiles.
Cawarden couldnt have been more helpful. From the ladys in the office to the chaps on the yard, they are very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.

The place is extensive with a massive choice of all things reclaimed and unusual. Well worth a visit

Brilliant company, can not recommend enough. I contacted and spoke to the joiner Paul who listened to what I needed which were corbels for my oak fireplace, he made to measure for me and completed and sent to me within a few days.. very talented and could not be happier with what I have received.

Arrived early - Dan was very helpful and so knowledgeable. Made the 2 hour journey to get some specialist bricks for barn conversion. Absolutely amazed when I arrived - what a fantastic place - every possible brick under the sun. Went away with exactly what we needed and will be going back to look at the architectural furnishings which looked nice too. Would definitely recommend- probably the best brick and architectural salvage in UK

Came twice to Cawarden yesterday.Bought 300 reclaimed Acme Sandstorm Roof tiles.Service at Reception excellent by blonde haired lady.Good price for tiles & shown choice of tiles in Blue.All good so far, but when Jack left me to go to another customer, had to load 150 tiles into the car off the pallet by myself was more than a little disappointed.When he came back after about 20 mins, he advised me to load the tiles on their sides to avoid any breakage when going home especially over speed bumps.This was good advice so I chose a route without any.Had to return for the 2nd 150 tiles & again had to load up the lot.This had consequences & was 40mins late for my 2pm appointment which I had mentioned to Jack when I first arrived.The lady in reception was informed that I had collected the balance of the load & was grateful that I had.
Overall judgement 7/10 on that day.

Love the quirky furniture. Also, hubby has pieces that get sold there too.

I've used Cawarden for various projects over the years. I recently needed to return some items as they were faulty - not through any fault of Cawarden's, and they give me a full refund without quibbling. Excellent customer service. Kate

The blokes on the floor are lovely, know their stuff and are very helpful, but they need to teach their till staff some manners - it cost them an immediate sale of several hundred and two future sales of paint and flooring that would have been considerably more. I shan't be going back, there are other places I can spend my money without having a diva throw my change at me and without having to leave my details in order to pay- I've never heard of anything so stupid in my life.

This is the best reclaim yard in a hundred mile radius and believe me we have been to a few. Really well organised with fantastic knowledgeable staff that make you feel valued however large or small your purchase.

We purchased an Hearth and unbeknown to us and them there was a flaw with it ,we were reimbursed with our money at no quibble ,so must commend there customer service although our product broke they dealt with it very well.

Friendly staff, seem to enjoy relating to customers, very knowledgeable. Great choice of reclaimed materials. Best reclamation set up in West Midlands in my view.

This place has everything you need to get your period property back to original. You could spend half a day here.
