Ear Wax Removal
Our ear wax removal service uses advanced microsuction technology performed by HCPC-registered audiologists. This safe, water-free procedure provides immediate relief from blocked ears while preserving ear health. Patients receive pre-treatment advice and post-procedure care guidance to maintain clear hearing.
Hearing Tests
Comprehensive hearing evaluations include video otoscopy, tympanometry, and pure-tone audiometry. Our audiologists explain results using visual audiograms and provide tailored recommendations. The process identifies hearing loss types and severity to inform appropriate treatment options.
Hearing Aids
We supply and fit leading-brand hearing aids with personalised programming. Our service includes trial periods, 6-month follow-up tests, and a 1-year warranty. Patients receive training on device use and maintenance for optimal long-term benefits.
Tinnitus Management
Specialist tinnitus counselling combines sound therapy with cognitive behavioural techniques. As a Tinnitus UK registered centre, we create customised management plans to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life through evidence-based interventions.
Hearing Protection
We provide bespoke hearing protection solutions including noise-reduction earplugs, swim moulds, and musician's plugs. Custom impressions ensure perfect fit while maintaining sound quality for professional and recreational applications.
